Our personal touch on home care is important to us as a local, family-owned company. While searching for the right caregiver to meet your needs at home, consider HDE and the personal touch we offer each of our clients:
- First of all, our team needs to get to know you and your situation to find the right caregiver. We start with what makes you feel comfortable, either a simple phone call or face to face meeting to evaluate your needs, likes, dislikes, etc.
- Our team identifies the caregiver(s) who are best fit for your situation and we schedule a meet and greet at your residence. This is done to break the ice between the two parties and it’s a great opportunity for both sides to agree to work with each other prior to the first day of service.
- When a mutual agreement is reached our Administrator develops a written service plan for the caregiver(s) to follow while providing services. This plan is specific to your needs and lays out the expectations of what the caregiver should, and should not, help with.
- Once services commence, our Administrator will make periodic home visits to ensure services are provided to your level of satisfaction! More so, our management team is on call during all hours of service and we maintain communication with you and family to adjust to any necessary changes to schedules, care needs, and more!
While created out of thin air in 2009 when I moved back home to Oregon, HDE Home Care continues to bring our values of service and compassion to Portland area families and we look forward to doing so for years to come.
