There comes a point in many families when you begin to notice small changes. Maybe your mother is forgetting appointments, your father isn't as steady on his feet, or a once-spotless home is becoming harder to keep up. These changes don't always mean it's time for assisted living, but they often mean it's time for additional support.

At HDE Home Care, we believe growing older shouldn't automatically mean leaving the comfort of home. Our caregivers provide compassionate, professional in-home care that helps seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, independent, and connected to the life they've built.

Whether your loved one needs a few hours of assistance each week or more comprehensive daily support, we'll create a personalized care plan designed around their unique needs, routines, and goals.

Peace of Mind for Busy Families

We become trusted partners, providing dependable support while keeping families informed and involved.

You can continue being a son or daughter instead of feeling like you have to become a full-time caregiver.

Knowing someone is checking in regularly provides confidence that your loved one is safe, comfortable, and receiving the care they deserve.

We help so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Dependable, professional caregivers
  • Regular updates and open communication
  • Support that fits your schedule and your loved one's needs
  • Peace of mind, every day.

Personalized Assistance with Daily Living

Every client is different, which is why every care plan is customized. Depending on your loved one's needs, our caregivers can assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

  • Mobility and transferring safely
  • Bathing and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Meal preparation and nutrition
  • Medication reminders
  • Toileting assistance
  • Cognitive support and routine encouragement

Our goal is never to take over. Instead, we encourage independence while providing assistance where it's needed most.

Help Beyond Personal Care

Many people don't need hands-on personal care right away. Sometimes it's the everyday household tasks that become overwhelming.

Our caregivers can also provide assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including:

  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linens
  • Grocery shopping
  • Meal planning
  • Transportation
  • Running errands
  • Assistance with medical appointments
  • Basic organization and household support

These services help your loved one continue living comfortably while reducing stress for the entire family.

Companionship Makes a Difference

Loneliness can affect both physical and emotional health. Having someone to visit, talk with, enjoy hobbies, or accompany your loved one into the community can dramatically improve quality of life.

Our caregivers provide more than assistance—they build genuine relationships. Whether it's enjoying a conversation over coffee, taking a walk, playing cards, or attending community activities, companionship helps reduce isolation while promoting confidence and emotional well-being.

We also provide safety supervision, medication reminders, and help protect vulnerable adults from scams and other situations that can threaten their independence.

A Care Plan Built Around Your Family

Choosing home care is a significant decision, and every family's situation is unique. That's why we begin with a personal consultation to learn about your loved one's health, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Together, we'll develop a customized care plan that provides the right level of support today while remaining flexible as needs change over time.

Our mission is simple: to help your loved one continue living safely at home while giving your family the confidence that someone truly cares.
