Using Insurance With HDE
If you intend to use a long term care insurance policy to pay for services, it is likely that we already have a contract in place to do so. The following list is a set of companies in which we currently have a contract in place to provide services:

If you do not see your long term care company listed here, please keep in mind many LTC companies operate under a bigger company. For instance, United Health Care is part of Optum and Lincoln Financial is part of LifePlans, to name a few. Let us know the name of your insurance carrier and we will do the research to find out if we can help you access the policy!
