The first step is for us to get to know you so we can serve you better. We begin with a short phone call to gain an understanding of your current situation and to answer any initial questions. This allows us to confirm your general needs fit within our scope of service. The initial call also helps us decide which caregiver is right for you. Next, we schedule a FREE in-home visit to complete an initial evaluation and to finalize any details regarding the services to be provided. Finally, we introduce you and your family to a caregiver for an opportunity to meet each other before the provision of services. The entire process of initial contact to having a caregiver in your home can take as little as 24 hours for the person with urgent needs. Otherwise, we work at your pace!
Our management team takes time to personally interview each caregiver and talk to professional references as part of a multi-step hiring process. While past experience is required and a skills competency is completed on all caregivers, the most important qualities we look for are honesty, reliability, and professionalism. Simply put, you need to know the person will be there, treat you well, and do a good job.
